SnapStation Photo Booth – Terms & Conditions

 

 

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of $75 is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balance must be

paid no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Dates are not secured until the retainer is received.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The retainer fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require full payment. If

SnapStation cancels due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed one time if requested at least 7 days before the event and subject to

availability. If the new date is unavailable, credit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.

 

4. Service Time

Service time refers to the operating time the booth is active. Setup and breakdown are not counted

toward booked hours. Additional time is $75 per hour unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Location Requirements

Client must provide a 10x10 space, a 110v outlet, shade or indoor area, and parking access. Unsafe

environments may result in service refusal with no refund.

 

6. Travel Fees

Travel within Broward & Miami-Dade is included. Additional fees apply outside these areas.

 

7. Equipment Damage

Client is responsible for damages caused by guests or venue conditions. Repair or replacement costs

will be invoiced.

 

8. Photo Booth Usage

Operator may pause service if guests behave inappropriately or misuse equipment.

 

9. Photo Sharing & Gallery

Photos may be shared via text, email, or QR code. A gallery link will be provided within 24–72 hours.

 

10. Media Rights

Lost or damaged props may incur replacement fees.

 

12. Liability

SnapStation is not responsible for injuries, power outages, or delays caused by venue conditions.13. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide accurate event details, supervise children, and inform SnapStation of venue

restrictions.
